Can't Help Lovin' Dat Man written by Jerome Kern (music) and Oscar Hammerstein (lyrics), is one of the most famous songs from the 1927 musical play Show Boat. In the original show the song was sung by Helen Morgan who made it her own but a remake of the film by MGM soon eclipsed Morgan’s version. This 1951 film starred Eva Gardner with Anette Warren dubbing the vocals in the song.

This arrangement sticks faithfully to the original in its blues tempo and swung throughout.

Range of the upper parts is Bb above the treble clef stave and low parts down to low G below middle C.
